If I use Windows EDGE, it gives me the message: UPLOAD TEST ERROR: A socket error occurred during the upload test. But after doing so, this has caused UPLOAD speeds to drop to 0.00 to 0.05 MBPS if using Chrome and. Norton forced me to update a few days ago, saying I had to restart my computer for Norton to install some urgent fix.
